BTCGigs’s Terms of Service

The Simple Version

• Micro Jobs on BTCGigs are offered for a USD Currency; All Balances Reflect USD Currency. All Micro Jobs are paid for with Bitcoin; All Withdraws are with Bitcoin according to BTC/USD Price.
• Sellers gain account Upgrades based on their performance and reputation.
• Some sellers may offer additional upgrades to their Micro Jobs or sell their Micro Jobs a number of times, dependent on their status.
• Sellers must fulfill their orders, and may not cancel on a regular basis or without cause.
• Users may not offer or accept payments using any method other than placing an order through BTCGIGS!
• BTCGigs Reserves the Right to Use all content on the site for promotional purposes.

Sellers

Basics

• Each Bitcoin Micro Job/ Bitcoin Gig you sell and successfully deliver accredits your account minus any fees.
• Orders are Paid For In Advance
• Accounts are credited once an order is completed.
• Sellers may withdraw their revenues once the withdraw limit has been reached.
• If an order is cancelled the payment will be returned to the buyer’s account.

Orders

• When a buyer orders a Micro Job, the seller is notified by email.

Things NOT To Do

• Requesting or providing Email addresses, Skype/IM usernames, telephone numbers, Bitcoin addresses or any other personal contact details (other than your name) is not permitted. Anyone Caught Will Be Permanently Banned and Funds Lost!
• All communications, information and file exchanges must be performed exclusively using BTCGigs messaging system.

Work Delivery & Communications

• You are responsible for scanning all transferred files for viruses and malware. BTCGigs will not be held responsible for any damages which might occur due to site usage, use of content or files transferred.
• Sellers must deliver completed files and/or proof of work.

Withdrawing Revenues

• To withdraw your revenues, you must reach the withdraw limit.
• When you reach the withdraw limit You may submit a withdraw request with your Bitcoin Address
• All Withdraws are reviewed manually and may take up to 24Hrs to Process; Do Not Use A Temporary Bitcoin Address! Funds will be lost!
• All Withdraws are based on the Current Bitcoin/USD Price. Ex. $50 Account Balance with Bitcoin Market at $1000/BTC, You will Receive 0.05 Bitcoins minus fees.

For The Buyers

When Ordering

• Gigs may be purchased using a Bitcoins Only
• Once payment is confirmed, your order will be created.
• If your Account has a balance it will automatically be applied.
• Do Not request or provide Email addresses, Skype/IM usernames, telephone numbers or any other personal contact information. If found Your Account will be Permanently Banned All Funds Lost.
• If you are asked to pay using a direct method, report the seller. Any Attempt at leaving BTCGigs out of the micro job, increases the chance of scams/viruses/bad experiences.

Shipping Items

• Some of the items on BTCGigs.com may need to be shipped. If your item requires shipping additional shipping fees may occur.
• When Shipping Items always make sure the items being sold is legal in the place being shipped; BTCGigs Does not Condone illegal activities!
•  When shipping Items Always Provide a Tracking Number To the Buyer, If not provided Buyer Should Request. If requested a Tracking Number Must be Provided.

• General Terms
• Violation of any of the terms or policies will result in a permanent Ban on Your Account and Loss of All Funds. .
• Sellers will not be able to withdraw their revenues from blocked accounts.
• The right to put any account on hold or permanently cancel accounts due to breach of these terms or any illegal or inappropriate use of the site or services is reserved.
• From Time To Time Policies and Terms may be updated; Be sure to Follow All New Policies and Terms
